PILAU YA SAMAKI WA KUKAANGA

Tayarisha samaki wako wa kukaanga  kisha endelea na hatua nyengiene hapo chini. 
Mchele nusu kg
Viazi 2 (2 potatoes )
Kitunguu maji 1 kikubwa (onion)
Pilipili boga (capsicum ) kiasi. 
Bizari nyembamba 1 kijiko 1 change supu 
Pilipili manga kijiko 1 cha supu (black pepper)
Bay leaves 3
Mdalasini vipande 3 (cinnamon )
Iliki chembe 4 (cardamom )
Karafuu kavu chembe 4 (cloves )
Mafuta ya kupikia vijiko 5 vya supu
Kidonge cha supu 1 (maggi cube ) nimetumia vegetable maggi
Kitunguu saum kijiko 1 cha supu(garlic)
Tangawizi mbichi 1 kijiko 1 cha supu (ginger)
Roweka mchele kwa dakika 10 mpaka 30, 
Chukua bizari nzima, Pilipili manga, mdalasini, iliki, karafuu na bay leaves zipashe moto kwa sufuria au pan kwa dakika 2, kisha zisage zote kwa pamoja ziwe unga, 
Teleka sufuria kwenye moto weka mafuta, yakipata anza kukaanga viazi, vikikaribia kuwiva weka kitunguu maji, wacha kiwive kiasi weka pilipili boga , kitunguu saum na tangawizi, koroga kiasi wacha kwa dakika 1 au 2, tia kidonge cha supu pamoja na spices ulizozisaga, koroga  kidogo tu, weka maji yamoto kiasi ya kuwivisha wali , usiweke maji mengi, afadhali uweke kidogo badae ukiona hayajatosha uengeze, ukiongeza maji wakati ushaweka mchele lazima yawe yamoto bilateral hivyo  yanaweza kuharibu muonekano wa wali, )
Maji yakichemka angalia chumvi kama ipo sawa weka mchele koroga kidogo tu, punguza moto funika wacha uchemke kidogo kidogo mpaka unakauka, 
 funua koroga tena kidogo kuugeuza ukiona umeshawiva pambia au weka moto mdogo ,juu weka wale samaki uliowapika ili watie harufu wali na ufunike kwa dakika 15 mpaka 20 au mpaka uwive. 
Baada ya hapo funua mtoe samaki,  uchanganye taratibu bila kuuvuruga na pilau ipo tayari kuliwa 
 ANGALIZO; nimetumia mchele wa basmati.
